Matthew Sutter, Broker/Team Leader, has helped clients sell over $1 Billion in real estate, making him one of the top producing Realtors® in the entire country over the past ten years. After a successful stint as a broker on one of the top-10 teams in the United States, Matthew Sutter decided to form his own services team to assist Austin area owners and buyers in their real estate transactions.
Prior to forming Sutter Team Real Estate, Matthew was named an Austin “Power Broker,” by Co-Star Group, as one of the top-10 highest producing brokers in all of Austin. Before entering the sales field, Matthew was an acquisition/development associate for the largest private multi-family real estate company in the United States. While there, he targeted investment opportunities and constructed purchase/development strategies that helped the company produce over $2 Billion in real estate activities during his tenure.
Matthew Sutter has served as the President of the Real Estate Society for the University of Texas at Austin. He is also the former Chairman of the Texas Wranglers ‘City Wide Hold Up,’ a charity event, that to date, has raised over $300,000 for Easter Seals – Central Texas. Currently, he serves as a chairperson for the Young Texans Society, works on multiple committees for the United Way Foundation, and is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.

Kary Marcum
Director of Buyer Agency
Kary and her team primarily focus on buyer services, which include buyer representation & home buying price analysis. Kary oversees every relationship with our buyer clients, and ensures that each of our clients is matched up with the Sutter Team agent that is the best fit for their respective personality. Her primary focus is to ensure that every buyer receives expert representation and exceptional service. Her agents are trained in advanced negotiation techniques, price analysis, & market research techniques, with the end result being that each of our buyers finds the right home at the best price & terms possible.
Kary is a Central Texas native, and received her Masters Degree in Communication Systems Management from Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX.

Jennifer Mikalik-Stoops
Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer is responsible for many of the 'behind-the-scenes' marketing activities we use at Sutter Team Real Estate to get homes sold. She organizes and executes large marketing and advertising campaigns geared towards maximizing the exposure of our clients homes to the real estate market at large.
Jennifer has been a Central Texas resident for 20+ years. She was raised in Georgetown and now lives in Round Rock where she enjoys the pride of home ownership. She is currently a Texas State University student majoring in Elementary Education with a projected graduation date of May 2009.
